Batteries:
Replace the old batteries with new ones.
Make sure the battery poles are correctly aligned.
Check that the battery contacts are not corroded, clean if needed.
Check that good contact is established between battery poles and contacts.

Moisture:
Check that moisture has not build up inside the cups.
If this is the case, remove cushions and inserts to allow the cup to dry out overnight. Then replace cushions and inserts and check the function of the radio once more.
Important information about radio signals / warranty criteria's:
Conditions for receiving radio signals varies from different locations depending on such things as distance from transmitting antenna, topography, buildings, shielding materials, electric interference etc. If this product do not live up to customer satisfaction, it should immediately be returned to the supplier for refund.
N.B! This reason for claim is no longer valid if the product has been in use.
Warranty:
The product has a 12 months warranty from date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. To make a claim under the warranty a proof of purchase must be presented.
This warranty does not extend to damage caused by product misuse, abuse or unauthorised modifications.
